This place was perfect for our family getaway! We loved being so close to Tivoli Gardens. The breakfast was also incredible—best we've ever had at a hotel, and it really started our days off right.

The sewage smell in the lobby and corridors was a persistent issue, unpleasant enough to make spending time in common areas uncomfortable. Room cleanliness fell short. dust and dirt were visible in corners, with a moldy shower joint and poorly functioning lifts not meeting expectations. Additionally, the outdated decor and worn furniture in the rooms detracted from an otherwise charming stay. And while the bar has potential, being turned away from better seating on a quiet night was frustrating.
